I decree in the name of Jesus that the building will be completed by September 15, 2005 with everything working and functioning properly. I command the monies and pledges to come in the name of Jesus in order to cover the cost of renovation and etc. I decree that spiritual blindness and the spirit of poverty is off the minds of all the partners and friends of VCMI, and they are moved by the Holy Spirit to make pledges and complete them in Jesus' name. I decree that those that have completed their pledges will continue to give to the building fund. In the name of Jesus Christ, I call in the monies from the north, south, east, and west and demand them to give up the monies. Father, I ask that you add to VCMI billionaires, millionaires, non-professionals, professionals, football players, baseball players, basketball players, golfers, boxers, actors, hockey players, and soccer players. Because you said you add to the church daily, I call them in in Jesus' name. I decree that the love of God abides in and through us and is felt and seen in action in all the partners, friends, and visitors.
