The sanctuary our Pastors are building for the Lord is nothing short of awesome! It is a magnificant structure. The total structure is well over 100,000 square feet. The first phase of resurrecting the building will span 84,000 square feet. Of the 84,000 square feet, the sanctuary will occupy 29,500 square feet and will seat 2,500 people. The vaulted roof, which gives the sanctuary its distinctive look, has 27 trusses across the ceiling. From the lowest section of the floor in the sanctuary to the apex of the trusses is 49 feet. From the floor to the ceiling, it is 39 feet. MAGNIFICENT! Here are some of the new joys we have to look forward to: There are 29 women's stalls in one location and 6 stalls in another, making a total of 35 stalls. For the men, there are 21 stalls and 16 urinals Babies and toddlers will have the run of two large nurseries - one on either side of the building We also have our own baptismal pool There is a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen A total of ten meeting rooms will accommodate Children's Church There are two large altar counseling rooms We have a huge bookstore and a satellite bookstore for those who just want to make a quick stop for tapes. There is a doctor's office for our doctor There is a bridal suite for weddings that will be held at the new building ...and so much more! We are hoping to have the Youth Facility/Fellowship Hall completed when the sanctuary is completed or shortly thereafter. In the Youth Facility, there will be a Fellowship Hall that will seat 500 people in a dining room setting and approximately 1,000 people in a theater-style setting. In the Youth Facility, there will be a Sports Bar, non-alcoholic of course, complete with electronic games. In a later phase, there will be a small gymnasium which will be located behind the Youth Facility. To God be all the glory!!!
