Microsoft Excel is a powerful and user-friendly spreadsheet application that allows you to enter, calculate, organize and analyze data. You can use Excel for a variety of tasks, such as preparing a budget, creating invoices, tracking inventory, and preparing financial forms. Excel has powerful calculating and charting capabilities as well as formatting features that allows you to enhance up your documents.
This Level 1 Introductory course will give you the skills needed to create, edit, format, and print basic worksheets and charts in Excel.
The training session will include topics on:
- Excel basics
- Working with data
- Editing a worksheet
- Formatting a worksheet
- Page setup and printing
- Page setup and pring preview
- Formulas and functions
- Modifying workbooks

This course will expand upon the skills learned in the Excel 2003 Level 1 and provide an opportunity to work with some more advanced features of Excel, including templates; sorting and filtering; importing and exporting data. Students will spend more time working with and learning about advanced formulas, various analysis tools and collaboration.
The training session will include topics on:
- Working with Templates and Styles
- Sorting and Filtering Data
- Importing and Exporting Data
- Working with Advanced Formulas
- Analyzing Data
