WEEK OF JULY 20th, 2008


  • Virtuous Women - will meet the 1st Monday of each month. The next meeting will be August 4th at 7:00PM. Women of all ages are encouraged to attend.

  • Mighty Men of Valor - Open forum meetings are held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Monday of each month. The next meeting will be July 21st at 7:00PM. Men of all ages are encouraged to attend.

  • VCMI Men's Choir - will have rehearsal every Monday from
    8:00-9:00PM immediately following the Mighty Men of Valor meeting. All adult and junior male singers are encouraged to come join.

  • VCMI Prayer Campaign - All members are encouraged to attend weekly prayer meetings at VCMI. Corporate Prayer begin at 8:30AM on Sundays, 12:00PM on weekdays, and Intercessory Prayer at 7:00PM on Fridays.

  • Firm Foundation Classes - If you are a new believer, rededicated or looking to learn more about walking with God. Firm Foundation is for you! The classes consist of small groups and they give you the opportunity to fellowship, ask questions and get hands-on experience. Classes are held in classroom 2 on Friday nights from 8:00 - 9:15 p.m.

  • Dance Ministry Orientation - will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd at 7:00PM in room #1. The Dance Ministry is open to males and females ages 6 and up.

  • New Covenant Partners Class - The next NCP class will begin Saturday, July 26th at 9:45AM. Click on the "New Members Class" link to register online or for more information email us at NCP@vcmi.org.

  • Changing Lives Overcomers' Support Group - If you or someone you know is challenged with a drug or alcohol addiction, the Changing Lives Overcomers' Support Group welcomes you, family and friends. Meetings will be held on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month at 7:30PM. The next meeting will be on July 24th. So, come on out to receive the encouragement, love, and support needed for total deliverance and victory over any addiction. All topics and discussions are strictly confidential.   • ATTENTION PARENTS - The VCMI Children's Ministry will be offering the following upcoming activities: In May we will kick-off "I'm Worth Waiting For" (2008) which will run consecutively for 10 weeks. Parents, this program and "Talk to the Hand" was developed solely for your 10-12 year old children. Registrations will begin the end of April. We'll kick off the summer with our annual Sports Camp program where our children will learn sportsmanship, teamwork and discipline while learning to play soccer, basketball, baseball and football. This program will run from June 16th - 20th. Next we will offer our annual Vacation Bible School from July 21-25 where the theme this year will be "Son World - A Thrilling Ride with Jesus." Your child will enjoy this fun filled summer while learning about Jesus with many exciting activities and field trips.   • Chrisma Teen Ministry - announces "Generation Changer" Teen Sunday on July 27th at the 9:00AM service here at VCMI-MD. We'll have the VCMI Teen Praise Dancers, Stepteam, Radical Praise Band, Kings of Fire, and to top it off, gospel rap artist Da Truth, in concert.

  • Changing Lives' Resource Center - Are you looking for a job, changing careers or need assistance with your employment situation? Our Resource Center will show you how to conduct a successful job search, develop a winning resume, prepare for an interview that gets results, and more!
